A special message to everyone associated with Binary Culture.

Hi everyone. Glad to see you still around. I've got something to say.

"It's better to burn out than to fade away."

Remember when that ugly dude on Highlander - no, the tall ugly dude, not Christopher Lambert, he was the short ugly dude - said that? Can you believe that dude does voice work on Spongebob Squarepants now? Holy shit, that's weird. Where was I? Anyway...

For a while it looked like BC would fade away because it was burnt out. We couldn't get our writers to write for us because, let's face it, they weren't getting paid. I always found it humorous when I'd see an ad posted on craigslist or something of that sort where they were hiring writers but they couldn't pay them but they still insisted on five articles a month or something like that.

Anyway, real life sort of took hold of us and we sort of lost motivation for what we were doing.

Well, this site means way too much to me to just let it die. So I'm bringing it back, Justin Timberlake style. Except I hope I'll look less like a fairy doing it. Or not, I dunno. Whatever.

I personally will try to have a bunch of new material for you every weekend. Most of it will be game, movie or TV related. All of it will be silly. We'll have some reviews here and there but our main purpose will be to make you laugh.

We'll have some other guest writers here and there as well.

What this is NOT going to be is a blog. Yeah, we've got blogs to the side and that's where you'll read personal opinions.

We're not going to ask you for donations or anything like that. That's silly. If you really want to support us, read us every week. Tell your friends to read us every week. Jump onto the message boards.
