Former Binary Culture editor gets sued for libel

You long-time BC.net readers might appreciate this a little more than others ...

I, and The News Connection - my employer's publication - have been sued by my county's former District Attorney and his wife, a District Court judge.

"For what?" you ask? For "libel", as they put it. For real.

I wish I could go into detail, but that is just not possible at this juncture. I cannot comment any further until the lawyers tell me otherwise.

Just thought you'd want to know.
